The Belleville Public Library and Information Center is proud to announce access to two new online databases exclusively using your library card.  Hoopla Digital and Lynda.com are both streaming services to the community but that’s where they part ways.

Hoopla Digital:

Hoopla is a streaming service giving you access to hit movies and TV shows from major studios, hit songs from popular artists, ebooks from great authors and graphic novels from big publishers like Marvel and DC.

Follow the link on our website and register using your email address and library card to get immediate access to this great onilne collection. 

Listen to Billie Eilish while reading Spiderman, Michael Lewis or streaming just stream your favorite movie or TV show.  Hoopla's collection also support several different languages inlcuding Spanish and Chinese.  Just choose your language after selecting the browse category you are interersted in.

Lynda - LinkedIn Learning:

For those of you looking to improve your skills or up your knowledge in a particular area then Lynda is the way to go.  Thousands of video courses taught by experts on as many different topics are available using your library card. Lynda has been a pioneer in online learning as one of the first to provide a collection of streaming courses.  Topics include anything from art and photography, to 3D modelling, digital drawing, business management and accounting applications and practices as well as writing and we can go on and on.
